CTC 2013
We are a group of cyclists made up of regulars of the Delaval Arms, Old Hartley, Northumberland. We formed in 2012 with the intention of completing the Coast To Coast route (Workington to Seaton Sluice) in the summer of 2013.

The 155 mile ride was successfully completed in June 2013 by fourteen cyclists aided by a support team of three. In the process, we raised money for the Percy Hedley Foundation and Marie Curie Cancer Care.

In 2014 Seaton Sluice Backpedalers, now numbering 17 riders, undertook Hadrian's Cycleway, and raised £6 600 for the Great North Air Ambulance

The same 17 riders completed Coast and Castles Cycle Route in 2015 raising over £10 000 for Daft As A Brush Cancer Patient Care.
